  • Counselling Session

    Are you an overthinker? Do you find yourself easily affected by everything? Would you consider yourself quite sensitive? Are you struggling with people-pleasing tendencies or self-esteem issues? Do you find yourself battling with internal conflicts? If this resonates with you, then you are in the right place.

    I am a Highly Sensitive, Integrative Psychotherapist who specialises in working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem issues, people-pleasing and are quite sensitive in nature.

    You may be feeling tired of being stuck in repeated patterns and find yourself longing for change, yet needing assistance to work through them. Perhaps you're noticing how these behavioural patterns are affecting your relationships, how you feel about yourself, and overall life satisfaction. This is where I come in – I aim to offer you space for guided introspection so that you can uncover the emotional and psychological blockages that are holding you back.

    In our sessions, you'll find a nurturing, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll delve into what's troubling you, to uncover insights, understandings, and clarity to move forward. I will help to guide you towards developing a more harmonious relationship with yourself and others.

    My holistic therapeutic approach involves addressing the whole person, including the mind, body and spirit.

  • Life Coaching Session

    This coaching session is a valuable opportunity to gain clarity and perspective on the current obstacles in your life. I aim to provide you with a safe and nurturing space for you to unravel your thoughts and address any emotional blockages, or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Together, we can work on creating actionable steps and goals to help you overcome your challenges.

    Becoming your fully embodied true self is a journey that takes time; it doesn’t happen overnight. However, this session is thoughtfully designed to help you access your inner power and move towards leading a more empowered existence.

    This service is more suitable for people looking to find practical solutions to their problems.

    What do I offer? I offer both short and long-term sessions. Concessionary rates are offered for those from low-income backgrounds or refugee status.

    Time: 60 minutes

    Costs: £40

What is the difference between a life coach and a counsellor?

Counselling provides a therapeutic environment for exploring emotional, personal, or psychological challenges. It addresses deeper issues such as past traumas and unresolved conflicts, aiming for healing and personal growth.

While both offer empathy, coaching focuses on goal achievement, while counselling prioritises emotional healing and resolving underlying issues. Choose based on your needs and goals for development.
